I don’t even want to try to calculate the odds. What a nice, laid back, friendly rock god. I have to admit that I expected he’d be a bit pretentious, but I found him anything but. Imagine my surprise when, after taking the photo with me, he extended his hand and thanked me! Joe rocks. If only I’d have had the forethought to invite him to sit in at the next BSB show! Oh well...maybe next time.Click here to see the larger photo in the gallery.

The BSB band schedule has been undergoing a lot of changes in the last few days. One of those changes, fortunately, finds the Brad Street Band rocking the Millpoint Stage at Hampton Bay Days. The band will be rocking Hampton from 5pm to 6:30pm on Friday, September 11th, 2009. Come on out and enjoy the fun, food and music and see all that Hampton has to offer!

Jimmy - what can we say? The way you and this girl get down is beyond words - the Dancing With The Stars people have nothing on you. The “Flying Shin Kick”, “Head Bounce”, and of course, the “Wedgie” - moves once restricted to small African villages and same sex Prison Dances have found their way to the public eye. Thanks for making our shows so much fun!

I’m currently listening to the new album from REM titled “Accelerate”. What a fun album! I’m a fan of some older REM - and would say that although the music doesn’t sound like the old stuff, it certainly pulses with the energy that drew me to them in the first place. Bottom line is that this album won’t change the world, but is nonetheless one of their best in years.

It’s true, what they say, about a mechanic’s car being neglected as he fixes others back to cherry. It would appear the same comparison can be made of web developers. I’ve been working incredibly hard at building and maintaining several major web portals, and have neglected our band site for over a year. At last, the time has come to say “No more!”. This new site is the result of weeks of working nights and weekends, but serves as a gift to our fans. You deserve updated blogs, and Google Maps, and Performance Calendars, and much, much more! We couldn’t be happier to bring you those things in this all new website. From the Brad Street Band...enjoy!
